LAHOCO Energy for PPE is an energy management solution for buildings that facilitates metering, visualization and billing of energy to residents.

Collective self-consumption (CSC)

With a shared photovoltaic production system, the energy generated supplies all the building's residents and common areas. Energy requirements are met by the DSO (energy distributor), if necessary.

LAHOCO manages all the data required for detailed billing. Surplus energy is sold back to the distribution system operator (DSO).

Energy bill

LAHOCO ENERGY for PPE makes energy management child's play. Consumption readings are taken in real time, and managers have access to them at all times.

If a tenant moves out, a precise statement is drawn up on the date of departure. If billing is required, KYMO works with my-nergy, a company specializing in CSC billing.

Commons management

Centralized management of residents makes it easier for the PPE administrator to work remotely (moving in, moving out, monitoring consumption, etc.).

Each resident can view his or her energy consumption (water, domestic hot water, electricity, etc.) and adapt consumption habits accordingly.
